Website and enquiry terms

These terms cover the website at readingconservatoryroof.co.uk and any enquiry you send through it. Reading Conservatory Roof is the business that runs the site, and using it, or sending an enquiry, means you accept what's written here.

What this website is for

conservatory roof replacement to a warm roof We aren't that specialist firm, and we don't inspect roofs or carry out any of the work ourselves.

General information only

conservatory roof replacement to a warm roof What's written on these pages is general information about conservatory roofs, not a survey, a report, or advice about your particular property, and it shouldn't take the place of having someone look at the roof itself.

Making contact through the form

There's no charge for sending an enquiry, and doing so doesn't create a contract between you and us. Your enquiry, with the details you gave, is passed to one specialist firm covering the area you told us about, so that they can contact you about it. They use it only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit or work you agree with them, and from that point they are responsible for how they handle it. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own use. From there, any inspection, quotation or work is arranged directly between you and the specialist, under their own terms. The specialist may pay us when we pass the enquiry on. You pay us nothing, and you are free to get quotes from anyone else. None of this stops you getting quotes from anyone else as well.

Once the specialist takes over

The specialist who contacts you answers for their own inspection, their advice, the quotation they give, the work they carry out, and any guarantee attached to it. If something's wrong with the work, take it up with them first, though we're always glad to hear about it as well.

No guarantee on content

We try to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise either. We may change, remove or add to any part of it without warning.

Where our responsibility ends

So far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited, whether a claim comes from using this site or from an enquiry you've sent through it. That limit doesn't stretch to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else the law won't let us limit. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If these terms are revised

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies. Changing them doesn't alter anything about an enquiry you've already sent.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we're established. As a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
